Join us for our first event of Mindfulness and Creativity, a series of workshops where we will explore our well-being by activating our creative minds.

Maga Villarreal, Mindfulness Teacher and founder at Antevasin will lead this inaugural event. We will spend the afternoon connecting with ourselves by meditating and coloring mandalas, and we'll have time to connect with each other, which is the most beautiful part of being in community!

You don't need to have any experience to come to this workshop! Your ticket includes all supplies and a frame to take your piece home!
